Top Three Things to Communicate
#1 - Fun twist to a traditional pizza
#2 - Fast & flavorful food
#3 - We will not just serve pizzas, but also sandwiches, burgers, & pasta.
Our Target Audience:
We are going to be in a downtown environment, sitting on ground floor with 3 food courts underneath in a tunnel. My 2nd (rear) entrance is inside the lobby of a building (high end residential) with an escalator in the front of the door that leads to one of the food courts down below. Business clientle from ages 25-50 dine below in the 3 food courts from 11am-2pm in the amount of 1100-1300. Most of these people are educated in eating ethnic cuisine. Our food won't have a strong curry flavor or smell, but a hint of spice. The restaurant is surrounded by 7 office buildings that are supported by direct access to the tunnel. Lunches will be the king, as dinners are expected to be very slow due to lack of traffic in the evenings. The logo should be catchy and remembered. We will be competeing with Domino's and other commercial Pizza companies. This is a start of a 1st Indian Pizza joint in the city, so a fun, energetic & colorful logo would be very impactful.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
The interior will have red or crimson color on the walls, with light cherry red counters, bankets will be black.
