Hi Jabba, I can definitely make the change to the time. Personally, from a designer perspective, I think that including a hat in the logo could cause confusion -- it might make people think your company sells hats or makes them. Also, I didn't realize there was a style of hat called "bolero" -- I know it's a type of music and a type of vest or jacket. Perhaps that too might cause confusion. I mean, a general audience may not even get the connection between the company name and the hat. As a designer, the thing I like most about the name "bolero" is the symmetry of the word in type. The letters go well together, and make for a very nice wordmark!
So, my advice is to leave out the hat. Because you are in such a niche business, I think it might be better for you in the long run to try to communicate something about the business. With any luck, you'll be using the logo you choose here for years to come!
