#1: Do not like the light colors. Possible some blue on the outside w/ the words. Go not needed.
#3: Some possibilities, but too bulky looking at this point
Still like the circular logo per initial requirement. Think Starbucks. Blue outer ring w/ white letters "Bob's Way" on top arc, "Game On" on bottom arc, and NOW in the center w/ some picture or excitement to it. Green inner areas

For top ranks, try zen logo in center w/ blue color in place of the black. Maybe try the black also. Like center colors in rank #2
