Hi, please find my first entry attached. This design uses a modern, rounded font style which is in italics to give it energy and make it dynamic, the rounded softer nature of the font gives it a feminine appeal without being too "girly". The icon is made from two flaming shooting stars - these shooting stars represent energy and movement - they capture the keeping fit nature of the business.
The reason for producing an icon is that it allows you to take the symbol away from the text (as shown in entry #52) which could then be used as a symbol embroidered onto shirts/printed on T's etc. The symbol contains a B with an F inside to get the initials for the company in.
With this design I'm thinking "bigger picture" - this design could easily work as a gym logo that could be expanded over other venues/franchises to create a company brand that's easily recognised.

Second design has the same idea as the first in that it uses a dynamic, effective icon to represent the name. The shooting star has energy and the B icon could be used as a standalone element that could be used on T's and other fitness gear.
