Blue SquareLogo Design Contest

Try to incorporate "Inc." into some of the designs as this the name of the actual company.

Also, please don't be afraid to add more colors to it.

Shy away from the "real estate" aspect and think more "Tech" company. Don't add buildings or anything to the logo. Keep it super simple with modern fonts

what is the city or region you are selling the real estate in so maybe there might be some hidden element that reflects that area since you don't want buildings? A lot of designers are going to use a blue box but there are only so many ways to do that so maybe there might be an element that can be added within the typography along with the box that sets one apart or something different about that blue box that brings the feel of the area into it. The company is based out of Washington State.
