I'm not really interested in the logos so far with the house roof. I guess the Business Name would demonstrate to people that it is a real estate company. Let's go for a more modern, sleek, and sophisticated look (I'm imagining either a black or silver background). I took the name BLUE CHIP from the definition of a BLUE CHIP stock or investment. Also, let's see what creative EMBLEMS or PICTORIAL MARKS you artists can come up with.
