I am glad that after more than 500 entries, my concept is in second place, thanks for the confidence. as you requested, only the lettering with Know How. thanks for the feedback
in this case I moved the icon on the left and changed the size so as not to distort too much the effect given by the badge lettering. not hesitate to ask for any change in layout and color that can also be more acceptable
in this concept I have taken the outline of a badge. suitable for use on all types of publicity materials and communications such as letters. I left but the frame does not embrace the slogan to make it more clear
hello CH, an additional attempt. I'm sure you had good reason to switch my concept in the second rank -> not interested. But unfortunately, in the absence of feedback from you, this leaves me puzzled, and above all helpless.
please give reasons if possible, this type of rethinking and change course suddenly. this would help me to develop a better concept that centers your expectations
#650 - I would like to see this without color gradient. Also, the Know How seems to look "uncomfortable" where it sits. Perhaps a version without Know How would be worth looking at.
I am sorry for your confusion about changes in rankings. There are four decision-makers involved. One of us has taken the lead role to drive forward development of promising designs. But today we had a major work session with all four people, and we reviewed, ranked, and reduced the number of final candidates. Some of us liked your design concept, but some thought that your letter "B" looks too much like one of our competitors' logos. I do not agree with that, and I have added your #650 to the ranked list so that we can consider it again.
hi, thanks for the explanation, now I have everything clear and I am serene, knowing that he had done my job well, even if the decision of the team led to my exclusion.
if the problem is the font, in addition to the version without the phrase "Know How" shall propose some with different font in order to convince the team.
#695 - The diagonal between the E and the B does make the B look less like our competitor's logo. However, the B in Badges still might be a problem.
I have an idea that perhaps you can work with:
Make the logo a parallelogram, so that the B in Blue has the same design as the B in Badges. At the right end of the logo, stack the words Know and How so that they better use the new space created by the parallelogram design.
I hope this makes sense as it is hard to describe with words.
It seems like that we will not select an all-caps design as the winner.
I like your creative way of linking the E and the B. Perhaps you have some ideas that could work with either initial caps or all lower case?
Also, although there are a few entries such as yours that are "contained" within an outlined box, I think it most likely that we will choose a winner that does not need a box to contain its background. In other words, I think the winner will have a white background.
I wanted to let you know our current thinking because there is little time remaining and I do not want to waste your time.
