Okay back to the design, Um, It kinda of feels too dark. I'm not sure if those are fingers coming up in the back or what. I really want to comment on your profile. It was very impressive and diverse. It seems like you are able to execute very strong designs in many different styles. I especially liked the 9Mark logo as well as the Joygame logo. That is the kind of style I'm looking to have applied here. I'd really love it to be as simple & clean as possible but still dynamic. Thanks for your all of your hard work. I hope you will resubmit. :-)

Okay,
When I look at your designs I get "sporty/adventure" and this event as you know is geared toward young black urban professionals. Unfortunately a lot of them have never skiied before and don't necessarily plan to. we actually have many guest who don't ski at all. It's more about the idea of skiing(cause rich folks do it).
So what we are selling is the idea of being "FABULOUS." So the logo has to communicate Fabulous = Luxury, Sexy, Urban, Adventure. The concept of winter may help you as well. Sophisticated with a little bling. I know you can do that because I've seen your profile ;-)

It's closer but I think the jagged top of the mountain is too much too messy. I also don't like the diamond inside the mountain. We are getting on the same page :-)

I like #124 much better. Can you make it sliver insteat of gold? Take the goggles out and put in different moutnain top.

I like the mountain and the silver, I think. But it seems too dark again. Maybe play around with the font, add some blue, I don't know, you're the designer. Maybe the letters shoulded be outlined. Maybe try a more modern font.

Okay I'm another team member with less of a design background, but #125 is interesting. I like the crest concept, but right now it makes me think of a pirate ship, a little old-fashioned, how can we add color and make it more sleek / modern

Good Job!

Okay Dave as you can see we like #142. Although, now after looking at it for a while it reminds me a bit of a church logo. lol. It could be the sun rays in the back. Also our slogan is kinda hard to see. I like the Handwriting font, but can we see something with a little more meat on its bones. There's a cool font I like called theNautigal.

#176 we don't like the googles on top, put the poles back behind the diamond and make the mountain and the skier bigger and BDSW bigger, use up the whole diamond area!

Okay Dave, We'd like to see #149 with some bling(add sparkles) and could we see a version on a black background. As for #190 we don't like the sat at the top. Could you play with the shape and or porportion of the diamond. Also we really like the the text on #149. Could you add that to #190.

Thanks for the changes but we don't like how the bling looks. We want the sparkles to be bigger. Are you using photoshop? if so you can download them into the custom shape tool. I think it's called sparkling stars. Look at the designs ranked 2-5 to get an idea of what we mean.

Hey can you refine the bottom of the ski poles. They are really look more like flat round discs with holes or grooves in them, especially from the side. But I don't know if you need to show the detail of the holes or not?
