Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ If you are requesting a design that could possibly require designers to invest more time creating it than other concepts, for best results the prize should be at least $400-$500. Please note: "Character" style logos fall into this category.
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion.
~~ When you provide feedback to designers, you increase the chances of getting the logo you want. More feedback = better results!
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested." We'd like to know what you don't want so we can give you the design you do want.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ The first phase of the contest is the "Open" phase, and everyone can submit during that time.
~~ After your contest's initial "Open" phase closes, it will enter the "Top 5" phase; only the designers of top 5 ranked designs will be able to submit revisions at that time.
~~ When "Top 5" ends, the "Judging" phase begins. The designer of the 1st ranked design will be the only designer who can submit revisions at that time.

I'd like to see some ideas based on a rotated square or diamond- like used to represent the 'basic elements' here: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/c/ce/Four_elements_representation.svg/333px-Four_elements_representation.svg.png

We're not looking for something mystical, but we help our customers focus on the most basic parts of their business, and would like to have an icon that is very simple and clean, with four points or sections. Could be as simple as this: http://www.insofta.com/stock-icons/realistic-icons/preview/icon-diamond-red.png

Note: it is not appropriate to use the other elements that were from the original designer's concepts unless the elements were stated in your original brief. It causes conflicts between the among of designers and LT Rules.

Note to designers: designs can and will be removed if you copy another designers concept even if it is requested by the ch. The only open to all concepts are those listed in the brief or those considered generic to a contest (flowers is a garden contest) .

Admin Note: The concept introduced in entry #7 by Nima Visual is a protected concept in this contest.

The client is free to make requests on certain individual elements but the Designers are required by site terms to make their designs significantly different. Some designers have been able to do this.

Other have not - those designs are removed. Any DESIGNS deemed too close to Nima Visual's will be removed.
