Very cool concept! Can we see some variations with the "graphic" larger and the BA text smaller and more "integrated" with the binocular rings? Also the sub-text would be better if stated "Binoculars and Cameras" versus the other way around. And the bird may look better with its "tail" extended down through the binoculars and, perhaps, integrated with the Birding Aboard text. Just some ideas ... Thank you!
I apologize. You must get this all the time ... when a client actually breaks your concept! [smile]
We really like the simple and abstract concept you presented in #5. In fact, when we looked at your portfolio, we immediately liked how you integrate a graphic element or two into a company's name and thus underscored (versus distracted) the name and the business purpose.
Here is a picture of a tropicbird so you can see the shape and "extended" tail that may work with your original concept #5 to just make it more "real" for the birding crowd.
Ha ha, thank you. Don't worry about your feedback, sometimes feedback make my designs getting better. :D Also i must shown to the clients what the design look like basic their request so they can compare which one is better.
I think you should focus on that one and just try some "small" variations as you see fit.
You obviously do better with only a "little help" from us! lol
As an example, Diana thinks the sub-title is getting a little lost and that picking up the bird's beak color and using it for the "Focus Your ..." line would look really good.
BUT you show us what you think would be some nice builds on your Entry 34.
Great, thank you still interested with my concept.
Update my design #34
#61 change the tagline with color same with bird's beak color #62 variant with "BIRDING ABOARD" text all in Upper case #59 variation with more "blending" bird image with binoculars
I think you really hit the bullseye and we'll be able to end the contest early!
Could you please just make the sub-title line a little darker for readability?
It's probably the exact same color as the beak but it's getting a little washed out with all of the white surrounding the "Focus Your ..." line.
Then I'll be able to tweak the CMYK a few percentage points in your submitted Illustrator file later for any different future uses (web, print, screen printing, etc.).
Outstanding! Thank you very much ibot. Diana loves her logo!
When you send the files, it would really help if you could please send the CMYK values and the .ai file in case we have to change any of the colors or tagline words. I've already had to do that with my last contest (Hampton Snowbird Rendezvous) logo!
Again, thank you for your effort and your brilliance! GREAT work!
