Hi Wu,

Thanks for your entries!

#39 is really cool, however it's too tall. We're going to use this like a banner on a website so we need to make it longer and less tall.

So, could you try putting the person so that their legs are underneath the words? Also, try using a little more brown.

Another idea is to put the person behind the words and lay the words over top. That might be nice.

Talk to you soon!

Hi Wu,
We really like your design. Here are a couple of comments.

1. Could you take the breasts off of the figure. We get both male and female students and would prefer a less obviously feminine figure.

2. Could you try some different colors. We like the more colorful figure in #39. Please make Binghamton a dark brown instead of black. Please check our website (www.binghamtonyoga.com) for the color scheme.

Thanks,
BYoga

Hi Wu,
One more thought.

could you make the figure in #77 a little bigger. But still smaller than #76.

Thanks,
BYoga

Hi Wu,
Thank you for trying some different colors. I like the size of the figure in #110.

We had one more thought, could you put something behind the yoga figure in #110, perhaps a sun like object, so perhaps the text and figure could be brown and the sun behind the figure could be gold.

We like the effect of the watermark behind binghamton yoga in entry #91. could you do something like that but make it more like a sun as opposed to a watermark.

Thanks,
BYoga

Hi Wu,

Your logo dropped out of the ranking because when we showed our yoga students they all seemed to think it was too much like gymnastics. So - we really liked your style but decided we can't use that person doing that split - even though it looks great.

So, if you can think of anything else to put in there, we'd really appreciate it. Your work has been clean & inventive and will definitely leave you as a finalist whether we choose yours or not.

Our finished logo is going to be about 500 long and 180 tall. So, could you format your new deisgns into that size/ratio?

Thanks,
BYoga

Hi Wu,

Nice work. Trying to keep these long and short so let's work with #167...

Could you try a different person inside the circle? What about someone sitting in "Lotus Posture" ? Or another one with an OM sign in it ?

Also, try using a font more like that on our website in a different version. www.binghamtonyoga.com

THANKS!

One more thing: Dark circle and light person in #166 really stands out. Maybe you could try a variation with that on new design?

dear Byoga,
just want to give you some tips and consederation to choose the best logo for your logo.

- the logo must be easy to print and developing in every media. so the logo can't use too details visual, it must be simple as a visual (or it will be so expensive)
- opacity and transparancy will not show and appear exactly same with the preview,
- gradation will be flatten (on print media) and if there is too many layer visual on the background and the front, the risk is the logo will be complicated.

Good luck for judjing Byoga.

Thank you,
WU
