Concept: 1. The stamp - obvious. Could be positive or negative or a colour. 2. The name 'bikergear' in a medieval font to attract the custom riders. (Noticed you had a lot of accessories for those. Ride myself, although it's Ducati ;-) 3. The name in a glossy shiny metallic enamel, that ought to work in print as well since I made this in print colours (CMYK)
Hope you like it and I think it'll fit better in on your site than the 'splatter'? It looks good though, we have some good designers here ... :-)
Concept: 1. The Unicorn is an icon of beauty and uniqueness - Just like your client bikes will become when fitting it with the gear from BikeGear Unlim. 2. Unicorn pose invites to references of strength and wild horses (horsepower) 3. The 'gear' around the unicorn waist reference to, well..gears and (technical) parts.
I truly appreciate all the thought, time and effort given...unfortunately, i just don't get the right vibe from any of it :(
i know i suggested the 'stamp' kind of thing, but after seeing it, I don't know if it imparts what I had envisioned...i guess i was kind of thinking it would be more like a 'ship to order' kind of feel to the logo and the nature of our ecommerce site...i also think i would prefer something a bit more abstract than a unicorn for the emblem or icon...and lastly, if i'm being honest, i don't care much for the medieval font...
now, the quality of what you have provided is excellent and top notch, I just don't like the overall direction you've gone in...(sorry) :(
