Great designs yet again! We like the look and feel of all four! As stated by our friend, we would like to see the design in non-circular emblem and possibly a different font for the 'Big Easy". But once again, great start!
No problem! Both of your contests are my top priority as soon as I get back to my design computer. I plan to post a lot of other options for you at that time, so we can really nail down the desired look.
Here are some new designs for your review! • #11, #12, #13 •
I went with a more masculine and sports-feeling emblem, which I think will appeal to all of the guys and fans. It gives the design a little more staying power than just a circle would.
We like the color scheme, but I think we're looking something that can appear as it is on a marquee. Something bigger, with accents that give that kind of New Orleans vibe.
The best example I can give would be the logo used for the NCAA Final Four Last year. I included the link to the image below.
Really like the elements you've added thus far. The little accents you've added within the logo are great. We feel the Big Easy Classic Font feels a little cramped and the border around the text makes it look a little pixelated in parts. Also with the font, we like to see it follow the curvature in the banner #17 if that makes sense. Still waiting on feedback from the other principles, but so far where really like where you are going!
Thanks! Some of these color schemes look great! I've actually been told by the partners that they would prefer it without "lacrosse tournament." So I'm not sure if that completely scraps the banner, it probably does, but they rather it just say Big Easy Classic. We do like the Big Easy font a lot better than the previous, but it still is a little hard to read. I'm not sure if a third color trim around the letter, or if they were spaced out a bit more would help it out. In fact, the original font (like in entry #4) might actually work the best.
I can totally provide a more touched-up web2.0 version as well, if you wish... I just wanted to make sure the initial logo was 100% ready to be silkscreened onto shirts and whatnot.
Hey, just checking in since the contest is in Judging: I can still submit designs if needed. Let me know if there are any additional revisions you might want to see before finalizing your contest.
My apologies, have been waiting for feedback from the other partners. The web 2.0 design looks great! Could we potentially see #46 with green under the classic? We like the two-color version (as you can tell) and like to see that would like before we make a final decision.
#54, Uses some of the ornamental elements still in correlation to the green 'field' area #55, Has the same look as #52, without the ornamental elements
