Color Preferences

I'd like to keep the color scheme simple and not overwhelming. Masculine colors that notate outdoors, bourbon, campfire etc.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

I made a couple of logos on my own that I liked the concept but not the execution. I had a deer head on one, a cross on a few. I like the idea of having "est. 2018" But generally speaking I'd like something simple and strong. Also, I plan on making a bunch of hats and I like something that would look good as a patch on a hat.
