Also maybe make another ring around the design and have the words go around the circle... Dedication, commitment, Character, passion

make the writing on the outside circle in black and I will end the contest, so change dedication committment etc.... to black

and maybe add some small design instead of using a comma inbetween the words dedication passion etc
