Beyond Dwellings is a full service real estate investment and interior design firm. We buy, renovate, stage, and resell homes, primarily in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. As part of the renovation process, we redesign homes, including creating floor plans that are more functional; selecting design finishes (e.g., flooring, kitchen design, and bathroom design); and updating exteriors. The final phase of designing includes staging/decorating the property to appeal to potential buyers.

Overall, we want the logo to convey a feeling of home, comfort, and functionality, but also luxury. We don’t want it to focus specifically on a house. We want it to convey creativity - creativity is an important component of the design process.
