Here is what the support team told me: If you happen to like more than one design by different Designers and wish to purchase the extras separately, you will need to choose your winner as usual but contact the other Designer(s) via private message and work out a deal for the cost of purchasing the other designs.
Those designs may be arranged to be sent privately via email and payment submitted as agreed by you and the Designer(s).
When You Want to Combine Unique Elements
If you want two designs from the contest combined into one logo, you will need to contact each Designer and ask if they are willing to accept an arrangement to do that. If they are willing, those Designers are responsible apart from LogoTournament.com to agree on an acceptable split and inform you of their agreement accordingly. In such cases, most Clients choose to increase the prize to adjust for the split. one Designer will be responsible for combining the elements into one design before the contest ends. Thereafter, the Designers involved will arrange private payment between them. If you want any other arrangement you will need to get the parties involved to agree. LogoTournament.com does not get involved with payment arrangements outside normal site policies.
So it sounds like you and I have to have a seperate deal for the 2nd logo. How much will you charge for the 2nd logo?

you have to have one payment logo separately, so you should choose a logo to win one logo you choose, and then end the contest.
so that you can receive the other logo (the logo that you choose in addition to the logo win) via email after the contest ends. but you have to end the contest in advance, because it is not possible if the sending end of the file before the contest ends. we bound of rules on this site, then you and I have to comply with existing regulations in logotournament.com site.

We have chosen your #96 as our winner. Now that we have ended the contest, i am under the impression that it is okay to purchase a 2nd logo (#128) separatly. If you have an paypal acocunt we can send you the requested $200 that way, or how would you like to proceed?

I have accepted the terms and selected you as the winner, although I am still unable to open the EPS file.After reading the Agreement of logo transfer rights, it says:
1. Logo. The designer/vendor agrees to provide the buyer with a vector file in .EPS format as well as a .JPG of the winning logo. The designer/vendor also agrees to provide additional variations upon request including: White Background, Colored Background, Black & White, and Solid Colors. Additional requested formats can include .AI and .PNG. All deliverables are referenced herein as defined as the ("Logo"). Variation requests are required to take place within 2 weeks of selecting a winner.
