Thanks for your participation.

Entry 23 - 26 Could you explore different type treatments with the mark? One line instead of two? With the symbol inbetween the Bet Am Shalom symbol?

Could you also explore how these designs would work in black and white? Thanks!

102, 99 and 100 are REALLY interesting.

Could you explore extending the menorah to the right of the vertical line on number 99 (by extending make the shades of blue a wider -- so the arms of the menorah become more visible.

Extend the menorah on the left of the vertical line of image 102

Extend the menorah on the left of the vertical line on image 100.

In short, the mark needs to read a little bit more like a menorah -- but still keep the ambiguity.

________________

In addition could you try extending the arms of the menorah . . so that one half of the image would have white arms and the other side of would have solid arms with no ground in between.

This is difficult to explain via email -- let me know if you don't understand.

Many thanks and keep going. Great job.

could you also reformat 102 like 99. Flip it and put the logo to the side and using 99 type treatment. Tx

Really looking good.

Since we are on a limited budget, we need to make sure this works in one color. Can you do these logos in black and white (greyscale)..

Hey. . please do not remove any of the ones not selected from this last batch (those are in the not interested logos). We are trying to sort through the logos and are using the not interested column to help keep track of the variations of the many logos.

For logo ranked 1. Please flip - branch going the opposite direction; change the type of those ranked 5; reduced the number of leaves to a few (1 to 3) and try a version completely black and white. like logo ranked #11.

Thanks

Entry 173

Thank you for all your hard work with this logo. As we get closer to the end could we ask you to do a few more versions.

Specifically, we would like to see what happens to the left edge of the logo if you match the right edge. We definitely like the informal spacing and width of the branches of the menorah -- so we don't want to go too far and make completely straight lines anywhere. However, let's see what happens if you experiment with the left edge in making it a bit more deliberate. Tx.

Entry ranked Number 13

We pulled this one back because we liked it because it had more of a tree reference than menorah reference. We would you to experiment making it less vertical and more horizontal --more of a rectangle and elongating the left side of the tree/menorah (not the longest side). Look at number 19 for example.

By way of background trees are a very important symbol for our congregation as the campus is surrounded by them (some very old). The history of our current building is that it was a former estate with gardens and woods.

So we are open to your iterations on this mark with this in mind. We did not feel the leaves were particularly successful but perhaps there might be other things you could try that would communicate a stronger reference to a tree.

tx
