Through the tournament rules once a competition is closed, the only way I would be able to change the colors and submit them is for you to put, say, entry #119 (your current #17) to the No.1 spot. I can then make changes via the site and You can then decided to either drop it from No.1 or leave it there.

Up to you, but that is the only way via tournament ruling.
