Feedback for the final day - not that you have to do this immediately but for whenever you are working on it:

Personally I kind of like #53 and #54 with the checkered but the feedback I am getting from co-workers and friends is that it is too busy and confusing... reminding people of nascar... which I definitely don't want to do.

If it were to stop right now I would likely pick either #51 or #52 but I would also consider #56 - #59.

Outside selection would be #27 or #72.

I do not think I am allowed to use anything with the resemblance of the RE/MAX balloon. I may also end up eliminating the lines around the state but for now I still like that.

Try this: keep the logo and colors of #51 and #52. Change the font to be like #77. Don't use the slash in the company name.

#72... just change the font type to Gotham... don't change the colors. Eliminate the balloon.

update #80, #81, #82

on #80 and #82 does that font make the color look darker or is it different from the other red you have been using?

i want to show you about different in red, i guest the red on re/max litle dark
then i draw something different to make option about the red, the blue its fine

i want to make you to choose the wich one red for comparison

take #81... move the text up to the middle and have the logo watermarked or superimposed behind the text.

come #83, #84, #85

#85... drop the text a little bit lower so a little more of the house is shown, change "Properties" to red color

Interesting.... can you do the same for #83 and #84 as you did for #87 with the position and watermark?

#88 and #89 with the same placement but put the blue back in... instead of watermarking it

As the it comes down the last part of this phase there isn't really much I would ask you to do unless you feel as if you want to try anything new... but I think it is obvious that I like where we are. I may end up changing a fonts or playing with a few parts but our main concept is set between you and I. Let me know if there are questions. Again, appreciate the work to this point.

#132 and #131 - Make the "agent - builder - renovations" - larger, more spread out, and basically readable if used in a small application.

I like where we are with the current design. There isn't any need to make any revisions right now. I am going to move the others up the rank so that I can get a few revisions in this phase from them and then I will let you have the last chance to do any revisions before I make a final decision. Just to ask a question to begin... what is the possibility of taking or combining part of another logo that was submitted?

if you want combine the another logo with different designer its not allow, because its not respect the other designer, but if you want combine with another logo in one designer only with their submit its ok

i want to ask you about the placement for the logo into your bussines?web or stationary, etc

because i need to know the color for use, gradient maybe or solid and maybe you want to spesific color compositions

Out of those I like #194. If you want to do a few more based off that I will take a look. I don't like the red in the other ones

on #194, move the "Bennett Clark" above the state... make the "properties" larger as well as the "builder, realtor, renovations" larger on the bottom.

I may switch this back but I want to look at this option

#152 is likely going to be the one I go with. Just to make sure I want to see a few more options in the middle where the house is. You can keep everything else the same. You can try a few more houses or concepts. If you can do this rather soon I will go ahead and make a decision today.
