of these 2 I like entry #4 better than #3. I'd probably take the red roof color down a notch... maybe to contrasting to the blueprint... maybe just dull it down or test some other colors and see what you think.

I like how it has multiple parts to it... one main thing centered with a few smaller items around it... perhaps using my company name on the bottom right. A smaller image on the bottom left and top right that incorporates into building, houses, realtors, business, perhaps a hint of the remax balloon... without it being recognized as the actual company logo... if that makes sense.

for both... if you are going to use a roof I don't want it to look as cartoon-y... I'd rather it look more realistic

I switched my mind.. I like #3 better than #4 due to some of the more refined detail between the too... more of that

on #5... make the blueprint lines throughout the entire background. Take out the red and see what it looks like. I think I'd rather have a whole house than just a roofline... Try to incorporate the outline of ky around it somehow

#6 is best so far... looking interesting

as far as the balloon goes... in the end I will have to find out from regional if I am allowed to use it or if it is too close to the likeness of the remax copyright

I don't like the dark grid on #12

can you put the outline of kentucky behind or built within #13? Can you then fill in the outline with the grid... might be cool

also #13 is misspelled

I like the angled blueprint more than the vertical blueprint pattern... like #10 and not like #5.
I like the extra lines on the outside of the house like #10 and not like #11.
Can I see one with more of a house... instead of just a roofline.
I'd like to see one without the red in the company name... I'd also like to see additional fonts, sizes, and placements.

combine #10 and #14 is #16

I like the lines on #15 but not that roofline.

Getting there... id still like to see some continued concepts... reference back to some of the links I posted on main page.

Dont like that version of the roof in #16 and #17 but I do like the lines... you can put.more of those measurement lines off corners of the state as well.... you can even take lines coming off my company name

Take out the blueprint from within the state outline and revert it back to the slanted blueprint grid under the house. keep the outline of the state line though

Can I see both #23 and #24 with the color inverted... where there is no blue background and a plain white instead... so then your grid and little lines would be inverted too.

Also... remember to spell the name correctly. "Bennett"

i have try to use your separate ideas with blue and white checkered but the shape of roof not eligible to see

what if you condensed what you have for the center part of the logo (that is the house) down and put it inside a circle like: http://fc01.deviantart.net/fs70/i/2011/253/d/d/rg_logo_blueprint_by_banzaibird-d49endn.jpg and then have the state outline larger on the outside of the circle... the balloon at the top right outside the main logo and some other figure to the bottom left. You can play around with the company name... it doesn't always have to stay static where you have been putting it... you can stack it, put it elsewhere.

how about trying the blueprint design behind all of #30?

and even doing the same thing with #30 that you did with #23 and #24 when you inverted to the colors to see what it looked in reverse color...

#33, slant the blueprint and extend it throughout the entire logo... not just behind ky

for #34... see how the blueprint grid is slanted like in #13... thats what I mean. It might look too busy but just want to see because i might take it from there with the lines coming back off like #23

you can also just have #34 plain... in the blue background...now that the blue version has the polished look to.

#36 without that bottom grid but keep the lines around the state outline

for what you did on #35 and #36 sorry, my directions on the grid beforehand wasn't communicated well... I meant for that slanted grid to go in the entire background... still want to see #36 without any grid as well like my last post.

ok sounds good. I will have to see how far we can take the balloon... since it is a trademark of RE/MAX... so I am trying to find out about that as quick as I can.. so you may want to have a few thoughts for replacing the balloon if we have to take it off. You may have some ideas for the builderconstruction side of things... in a concept similar to the little logo of the balloon... it wouldn't bother me to have several little widgets floating around representing various things.

#44 without the new little logo thing...not sure what that is. And can I see a version that has the state filled in all blue and also one in all white instead of the checkered pattern just to see...

sorry to be confusing about #44... fill in just the state in all blue... not the little logo thing. Instead of where the checkered is. I like the checkered, I just want to see a version where the state is a solid color.

Yes... thats what I mean for #48... now without that little thing that replaced the balloon.. I don't much like that new thing. Try one just without a balloon or that new widget looking thing. Just plain.

#49 and #50

Can I see #49 & #50 without the BCP inside the circle... just keep the house inside the circle.

Also... can I see some different examples of houses within the circle on some new versions...

I like where this is at the moment... though I am always willing to look at as many different options within this scheme.

I would however like to see some completely different ideas so I have some options down the last day or so.

Also, you are the only designer that has posted (which I appreciate) but I also thought that there would a required amount of submissions... do you know anymore about that process?

but i think only just play about the colour in red and blue i guest,

and FYI, if i am not wrong if you want ended this contest you must have 3 designer but i dont know maybe staff admin can resolved this, because only me and serjunan the designer here

On #51 and #52 can you put a blue slash between Bennett/Clark so that it resembles what RE/MAX is like. The main font RE/MAX uses is Gotham and the secondary font is Arial. I may go back to what you had as it looks nice but since I may use the remax logo with it quite a bit it might be a nice combo.

Sorry to confuse. Keep "Bennett Clark" in all red... look at entry #69 as far as the slash... that is what I'm referring to, like it is in RE/MAX. The slash should be blue though. You can keep "properties" how it is.
