Empath Inc. develops an emotion AI, which can identify 4 emotions such as joy, calm, anger, and sorrow in addition to energy point.
Beluga Box is our new product for conversation analysis for call centers, which is a docker-type REST API for Cloud CTI.
Beluga Box cannot only detect emotions but also evaluate customer satisfaction and conversation quality between an opeartor and a customer based on acoustic features of the voice. Beluga Box improves customer satisfacton, evaluates and supports operator mental states, and increses the sales conversion rate. It also works for remote call centers in this COVID-19 situation.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
Beluga is a lovable creature and good at hearing voices.
We have an idea that our Beluga Box would be a new innovative product for the contact center.
