I love weddings, posh events, and wonderfully warm memories generated by these happenings. I love what you do! :)
I also love script logos and the many applications of them in use. When it comes to gorgeous type, I have to say -- scriptform type is absolutely GORGEOUS on a letterpressed business card. I'm including a link to help you see what I mean. Now granted, there's not a *direct* representation of this font or script fonts in general....but you're a creative person. You'd have to be, to create events! :) Here it is; use your best imagination: http://designmodo.com/letterpress-business-cards/
I've been a freelance graphic designer for over 13 years now. I gotta say -- wedding/event planners are a great type of client to work with! :) I hope you love letterpress and script fonts as much as I do. If you've ever done a letterpress invitation with your clients, you already know what I mean!
I look forward to working with you! :) Feel free to give me any feedback on how to tweak this design. I've got a gazillion fonts! :)
I'm happy to help you in any way I can. Have a great afternoon! -Jennifer1
I just uploaded an additional variation to the 4 I just wrote you about. They're all of submission #14; this one just happens to have silver leaves. :)
Hi everyone - Thanks to each of you for your work on my logo. It is much appreciated!! I have re-ranked the designs and I love each of them for different reasons. The top five are really what I would like to focus on.
Could you provide each to me with options of silver, white and black backgrounds if you haven't already? If you have, just disregard and I will use the ones you've already submitted.
Also, I would like, with these top five, to experiment some other little embellishments to weigh against flowers, such as bows, butterflies,etc....things that represent beauty or celebration. Again, just focus on the ones you have submitted that I ranked in the top five. I love all the submissions but these are the ones that seem most like what I'm looking for.
I made you...butterflies! :) Other creative approaches in the works. Hope you like them! They're pretty neat. Let me know what you think -- I'd love to hear what you have to say about them. :)
And, by the way -- there's an alternate version or two that I'm still working on, but I wanted to upload these to let you see what direction I've been going in. Busy holiday weekend; my apologies for not getting these to you sooner!
Just wondering: will your silver business card or envelope or paper have...a white area on it for designs to be placed? I was under the impression you needed us to place our designs on a completely silver background to see how it'd look on that paper. If that's changed please let me know; if you need me to place it on that white "spotlight" area as others have done, that is. :) Thanks, Jennifer! :)
