Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

I want to see variations of a "crest" or "shield" style emblem. The crest might contain a golf club and a very long gun (ie shotgun). If you can work in the latin slogan, I would like to see variations of that. Thanks.

Just to clarify rules for you: if you wish to have more changes made during Judging Mode, only your top-ranked designer can do so. Best of luck with the rest of your contest.

Yes sir, I know they were. I was just telling you how the LT rules work, in case you weren't aware. I apologize if I restated something you already knew.

You need to let other people use a green background only since that was stated as my preference to start the contest. I will take the up with management immediately. I will judge your work fairly if you allow that but it you interfere with other designers on that point, I will punitively judge your work.

I am sorry if you misunderstand, Tim. It has nothing to do with a green background. If you review the discussion within the court case, you will see both sides and what was discussed. A green background and shield shape are fair game.

I would encourage you to contact Admin if you are unhappy; they always do their best to accommodate for you. I never want to upset a CH, and that was not my intentions--I felt like I was in the right to protect my type/font treatment & layout. If you truly want one of those that was removed, then by all means contact Faith and have her re-up it. It's not worth fighting any further if that is what you wish to have.

Faith/Tim: I have withdrawn my entries, so you two can work with all of the previous ones without issue or delay. Faith, you can upload your old ones now, and there will be no more LCs against you. Hopefully you can get a final product that you are both proud of.

that's bs from good guy - I hand fed what I wanted per my brief. the admin agreed with me. nothing good guy did was unique enough due to my original creative request in the brief.
