Beer Marketer's InsightsLogo Design Contest

I like the idea of using a beer mug or glass (as on our website), but Beer is too prominently featured in the logo - the Marketer's Insights is too deemphasized

Not sure that the wheat image works; also not sure why there's a shadow on the beer type. I like the variations where Beer is smaller - only slightly larger than the Marketer's Insights
