For example #1, I have two things. 1) I don't like the light gradient from top to bottom as it is too glossy. 2) I would like to have it all on one line, no top/bottom setups.

I like the direction of #3 and #5, my favorites thus far.

I also like #8, but would like to see it without the glossy gradient on the honeycomb and not 3D on the honeycomb. Also with #8, I would like to see a font less script like and more serif, like the Museo font or something.

#4 has too much going on with the different elements. I would like something simpler such as the direction of #5.

#6 and #7 are too elementary for me in the typography. I would like to see something will a little more serif. For the symbols, maybe a little more definition.

~~ After your contest closes it will enter Judging phase. You can re-rank designs in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions

Another things for the logo that I would like to see is what it will look like on a yellow background, similar to http://postmarkapp.com/. I like the progress so far!

I like the concepts around the actual beehive, rather than a bee or honeycombs. The company deals with human resources and thus "company" or "community" is really important. Additionally, I think a logo with people and a beehive makes some sense, somewhat as with #8.

My favorite right now is #20 because the serif font and the beehive symbol that has great detail to it and has a community feel to it.

Again, when you think "beehive", think "company", "community", "organization", "group of people working"
