What We Do
I am a realtor (real estate agent). I target people looking to buy a house, people looking to sell a house, and/or people looking to invest in real estate. I only sell residential real estate (not commercial) and typically sell stand alone single family houses (as opposed to condos, townhouses or high rise apartment buildings).
Industry
Real Estate
Color Preferences
Red, black, white
Our Ideas & Additional Information
I like simple design with clean lines. Nothing too flowery or ornate. Classy and classic are appealing. I would like it to be obvious from a glance that I work in real estate. Depending on what your vision is, I am ok with it just being my name "Becky Kitson" (and whatever other design you do around it) OR it could be "Becky Kitson Real Estate Group" (and whatever other design you do around it). I am attaching my current logo which I am looking to replace with this new one. The reason I am replacing it is because of a recent divorce so you can see the name change (removing the hyphen and the name following it from the prior logo). Additionally, even though I like it, it may be time for a refresher/update to the style. I'm attaching 4 versions of this logo. The red and black one with the white background is my main one, but I use the other color variations at times depending on certain situations. I'm interested in the designer to be able to provide me similar color variations in each file type this site promises we'll receive. Although I like this logo, I'm not looking for a "copy" of it with the new name. It's just an example of something I do like. I've always used red, black and white in my real estate signs, business cards and other advertising. I also wouldn't be opposed to the new logo being a bit more bold while still simple with clean lines. I want it to appeal to people in all price points, but do want to make sure it still resonates with people in the luxury (high-end) range too!
