Home Watch is visual inspection of a second home or property, looking for obvious issues when the owners are away. We inspect the exterior of the home, landscaping, pool, hot tub, and other outdoor features to make sure they are in good, secure condition. We walk through the home, checking all rooms, appliances, and mechanical systems, to confirm they are turned on, and to identify any obvious issues like water leaks from a sink, ect. We also check all windows, doors, locks, and security systems to confirm they are in working order, and to alert the owners of any security issues that should be addressed.
