Hi, just tried a couple variations of this concept. Simple, bold, added a star to symbolize the all star/best element.

I started this logo the other day, but now see there are already some similar logos submitted today. (Circle with lacrosse sticks crossed) Wasn't trying work off anybody's existing ideas, just so people know.
