Baton Rouge DentistryLogo Design Contest

My company is a small general dental practice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The target audience would be people of all ages in the area

I'd like to see shades of blue, preferably leaning toward navy, with silver/gray as the secondary color
Also considering purely black/white

I'd like the logo to be relatively simple, especially since the name is so long. I haven't materialized the idea, but fitting a tooth subtly into the logo/letters or even an homage to the city/state would be preferred.

UPDATE: I'd like an elegant font and professional font of the name, with unique artwork integrating a tooth with ideas special to Louisiana (magnolia, fleur de lis, Baton Rouge state Capitol building, etc)

Eventually I may plan to add my name in subscript under the logo, so I'd like it to be structured to add that easily enough.

If it doesn't make it too busy, you can also add words such as "General", "Family" , and "Cosmetic" as descriptors to the types of dentistry mainly being done.
