Entry 48: We like the design. But is there another way to show support for growth other than a person? Again , something creative yet abstract would be great. And more color would be welcome as well. Thank you.

We really like the tree and the rendering. Just not sure about the orange arcs. Still, we feel this has a lot of promise, so we're keeping it at #2.
