We are a study and intern abroad company and have a brand new diversity initiative called TODOS (The Outcomes-based Diversity Outreach Strategy). We are interested in attracting more students from diverse backgrounds to our programs and to go abroad in general. This group includes, but is not limited to students with diverse race; ethnic, sex, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or veteran status.

Thus, we are interested in a logo for this exciting new initiative! Ideally, we want something that indicates that this is a diversity initiative and fits with our current branding. The initiative has four pillars which can be seen on our website. https://www.barcelonasae.com/diversity/

These 4 pillars are symbolic of the four pillars standing at Montjuic in Barcelona representing the four bars or the Catalan flag - photo is attached.

The text on the logo should say either just "TODOS" or "TODOS: The Outcomes-Based Diversity Outreach Strategy."
