We definitely appreciate you participating in our logo development.
We like the direction you're exploring in entries 19 and 20, although there is a bit too much red in the designs at the moment. We'd like you to explore other color options consistent with our feedback to the designers in general.
In that general feedback, you'll also see that we give some direction regarding the use of skylines or single family homes. Entry 18 suggests a skyline, and as such wouldn't be a direction that would be ranked very high.
Thanks for the updates to your logos and the new entries. Your entry has definitely risen near the top.

We're feeling that the representation in all caps might be a strong/harsh. We're wondering what some of the designs might look like with a lower case bhs. We're passing this feedback along to a the designers who used the upper case BHS in several logos to see how it might translate.

Thanks for your work on our contest. We definitely like the body of work you've put together for our contest. And we really appreciate how you've listened to our feedback.
What we would like to see in this next phase of the contest is the continued exploration of your current highest ranked logo. A couple of things to consider:
1. We went into this thinking we wouldn't want an all green logo because of how many people are out there using green no matter what they sell to communicate eco-friendliness. We think it is the lead color in our eventual logo, but probably will not be predisposed to choose an all green logo as our winner. Please do not go as far as some of the other entries in the top 5, they are being asked to bring their palettes back in - they are too bright and vibrant. Could be two colored as well, does not need to be multi-colored.
2. The team liked the way the lower case bhs softened the logo.
3. Finally, your logo is a clear favorite, but we do believe the idea of the Barcelona grid is an important one. If there were a way to incorporate that into your thinking and design, you would be in a really strong position.
