I think we were trying to get away from the traditional rooftop logo that everyone has. And I think we were looking for scroll type font. readable but scroll like a Brush script or Edwardian script or something like that. Something that says elegant.

It seems like we are tending to gravitate to flowy scrolling letters, more elegant, more traditional. favorite colors seems to be tan, teal, black, red, ocean blue/green or ocean green/blue. not necessarily in that order.
