I definitely like the sideways "T". I don't like the mirror image of Assistance Program. I'm not sure what to think of the squiggly lines. Kind of weird but it may be something that can grow on us...

I also think BANKERS would look alot better in CAPS in this design to signify strength and focus more on that word...
