#31 is heading in the right direction but not exactly what I am looking for. I am envisioning a logo stylized like a vintage badge with a circular center with the cross and BTG in it with the mountain in the bottom. The external gear border is a great idea and Id love to have the be in the logo. Also I like the crossed ski and snowboard gear Idea but Im not a fan of the ski pole, maybe just a a X with one line being a ski rounded on one edge and the other a snowboard rounded on both edges.
