I think this logo brings across a fun element, whilst being eye catching. I have used a bright red text outline as red is well known for being attention grabbing! Also used a gradient of Cyan for the body of the text to put across the natural trust element of the logo. The stars and the spots represent cyberspace and the circle represents a subtle webcam lense.
