What We Do
We are a local home builder in Las Vegas Nevada. This is a build-to-rent community featuring 3 floorplans, 3-5 bedrooms, ranging from 1800-2340 sq ft. The collection name of these floorplans is Gemstone Collection. All homes will have a great room and embody a sense of class and tradition.
