Red, white, and blue

The logo, company name, exact wording, and orientation is provided in the attachments. We already have a logo (helium atom with variations) but it was done 15 years ago in a paint program. We do NOT want to change the logo or the wording. We just want the logo to look more modern, professional, and maybe digitalized (not sure how to describe it but we do not want to the logo to look so ‘paint program-like’).

The colors for the wording, logo, and red arrow should all stay exactly the same except for the black wording which should be white (this is going on a very dark background). We prefer the font to stay as close as possible to what we have (Times New Roman Font, Underlined, Bold) because we are happy with it but we are open to variations at the same time (so play around with it!). We just want the logo to be to the left (or maybe above if it looks good enough) of the wording and more modern looking.

Basically, we just want the logo to be preferably the left (but will consider it being above) the wording. This logo will be on a very dark background (almost black) so the black words should be white. We are looking for a SHARPER, MORE EYE-CATCHING, MODERN VERSION of what we already have but please do not change the colors when it comes to the red and blue or the wording (except the last line as described in the attachment).

Also, please no animation. One day we may make the logo animated but as of right now we cannot put an animated logo on the website.
