We like the white business card. We would like to see a V intertwined through the A. Use the sample colour green that we attached for the A and Ruby Red for the V.
Solutions should be in Ruby Red also.
The white circle, since it is going on a white background, it should be more of a pearly silvery white so it stands out.
We sent an uploaded "V logo" which we would like to add in green next to the existing green logo (representing an A) - basically the same as the A (shown in entry #71 in green), but upside down (representing a V) to the right of it. Both together should look like an A and a "V to the right".
In the uploaded attached "V logo" we would like the extending (Ribbon on the V) "wavy curved line" going towards the "right" rather than; the "left" (shown in the uploaded V logo). It should go in the direction of the A (making the "Ribbon / wavy curved line" going across and "completing" the A).
Only the tip (looks like a triangle shape) of the V where the "Ribbon / wavy curved line" begins should be ruby red (red same as "Entry #53").
The green A and V within the circle should be green (the darker green shown in "Entry #13").
The circle should be larger because there will be an A "and" V rather than just an "A" shown in Entry #71. Since the background will be white, it is important to keep the circle a pearl white "AND" make sure it stands out.
The font "Aventurine" should be in the darker green shown in "Entry #13" also.
And the font "Solutions" should start of in the darker green on "Entry #13" and fade into the red in "Entry #53.
We really like #71. Can you design us 4 logo's with minor adjustments to it.
1: A (colour): Emerald Green 2: sphere (colour): Pearl White (one simply pearl white, one with a ruby red ribbon wrapping around the sphere, behind the A) 3. Aventurine(colour): Solid Emerald Green 4: Solutions (colour): Ruby red In addition: Can you incorporate the EMV chip we attached in our profile. Some suggestions are: Behind the A, with a ruby red outline/cross the A and complete it/A Ruby Red credit card with an EMV chip
Based on Entry #111. Please try to reference #106 & 108 for the type of chip (silver) and try to cross the A with the chip. Also best to remove the red ribbon.
If you could find a creative way to demonstrate that we are in the payments business (that's why we used the credit card chip)
I wanted to apologize for referencing other designs, it's our first time designing a logo and was not aware of the rules and the moral code amongst designers.
We decided to disregard old ideas and follow the outline below to give all designers a fair and moral chance to win this tournament.
icon + textual based logo 2-3 colors (we want this to be able to look good in B&W) no gradients (for now) clean style good font selection - avoid times new roman type
we want a clean style look (avoid gradients / textures for now - just focus on getting the imagery and representation done properly) we want people to feel confident looking at the logo we want people to understand that we are a serious business
icon representation should fit with global credit card payments. people looking at the icon should understand that aventurine provides secure payment solutions. security can be displayed through the form of a credit card chip or some other abstract but simple icon. 2 colours. avoid using gradients. simplicity is key. we want to have the icon sitting on the left / right side of the company name. please avoid shapes that resemble star trek or eyes of a pyramid.
textual based logo for us means smart selection of a font face and incorporating some unique elements to it. aventurine should all be written in the same casing (as is all letters should hold the same height - the A should not stand out taller than the rest of the text). we would like to use a sans-serif type of font that's very clean. the focus should be aventurine and not solutions.
some examples that you can look at to understand what we find as nice examples of textual based fonts along with a short explanation why we like them:
