We put some of your designs in the unlike folder because the direction was not aligned with what we're looking for, however, you have a really creative touch to your designs and would love for you to be apart of our contest. We just submitted a detailed post of exactly what we're looking for. We really want you to be apart of this tournament due to our appreciation of your work and creativity!

THIS IS THE FINAL DIRECTION

We want the font (Aventurine Solutions) from #71.

We want the word "Solutions" in the same red as the "new" file named "Chip pic" we uploaded.

We would like the same "circle" in Entry #82 and the word "Aventurine" in green (the darker green shown in "Entry #13"). The circle should have "Diamond cuts" (example: Like Entry #13)

We uploaded a new file named "Chip". We would like a design like this in the middle of the circle of #82 where it is white. The Chip in the middle of the circle should be "Silver" color rather than Gold color.

We would also like to see the same design with the hole in the middle of the circle in Entry #82 in the shape of an "A" (Example: Like the green "A" shape in the logo of Entry #71)

Please try to show that we are in the payments business through this logo (credit card, debit card etc.), that's why we want the chip. It seems like more is needed to show we're in the payments business.

The white part inside the logo looks like an A, could you make it look more of a sleeker A (Example: Entry #13)

The red colour in Entry #123 is PERFECT

The green colour in Entry #13 is PERFECT

The silver chip in Entry #123 is PERFECT

The red looking like a "credit card" in Entry #123 is PERFECT

The texture "diamond cut" of red and green in Entry #123 is PERFECT. We would like to see how flat colours (without "diamond cuts" as a second option.

The font "Aventurine Solutions" in Entry #111 is PERFECT.

And the "A" and "S" combined into a logo in Entry #69 is PERFECT.

The "faded" lines on each side of "Solutions" in Entry #31 is PERFECT.

WE WANT THE CREDIT CARD AND CHIP IN RED "AT THE BOTTOM" LIKE IN ENTRY #123 WITH A "CIRCULAR" -A- AND -S- COMBINED LIKE ENTRY #69.

THIS WILL BE THE LOGO WE WILL GIVE THE PRIZE FOR.

Hi,

I wanted to apologize for referencing other designs, it's our first time designing a logo and was not aware of the rules and the moral code amongst designers.

We decided to disregard old ideas and follow the outline below to give all designers a fair and moral chance to win this tournament.

icon + textual based logo
2-3 colors (we want this to be able to look good in B&W)
no gradients (for now)
clean style
good font selection - avoid times new roman type

we want a clean style look (avoid gradients / textures for now - just focus on getting the imagery and representation done properly)
we want people to feel confident looking at the logo
we want people to understand that we are a serious business

icon representation should fit with global credit card payments. people looking at the icon should understand that aventurine provides secure payment solutions. security can be displayed through the form of a credit card chip or some other abstract but simple icon. 2 colours. avoid using gradients. simplicity is key. we want to have the icon sitting on the left / right side of the company name. please avoid shapes that resemble star trek or eyes of a pyramid.

textual based logo for us means smart selection of a font face and incorporating some unique elements to it. aventurine should all be written in the same casing (as is all letters should hold the same height - the A should not stand out taller than the rest of the text). we would like to use a sans-serif type of font that's very clean. the focus should be aventurine and not solutions.

some examples that you can look at to understand what we find as nice examples of textual based fonts along with a short explanation why we like them:

I love how you inserted the red image that remsembles a credit card.

We really like this in our logo.

If we could only add an "A" and "S" combined together creatively in this logo, would be perfect.

I'm also looking for a creative font (not generic fonts like everyone has sent during the whole tournament)

Ok.

1. We want a circular logo (like you did in #123)

2. We want a subliminal image of a credit card (like you did in red, #123)

3. We want to combine the "A" and "S" in a very creative way (also subliminal / not so obvious it's a A and S)

4. We want an original customized font, something different that you could create. Here's an example of an original font, I don't want to copy this (it's just an example of something original, instead of generic fonts):

It's more original. I'm looking for something that "really catches attention". Do you have any other ideas?

Do you have any ideas to insert a combined "A" and "S" in the logo?

The white line between the red and green looks like an A. I would like to see a more defined A with and S.

#166 is very original, but we want to avoid pyramids and keep the circle theme.

We like the style of your writing, but with a different font.

#162 is very close to having an A (in white between the red and green).

And the card is perfect.

All we need is to find a way to get an S in there.

A font change to be more sharp and professional for Aventurine Solutions too.

I think we should focus on #123 & #162.

But could you make the "S" more defined / noticeable?

This is how we will chose the winner of the tournament:

We've come to the conclusion that the "A" and "S" in the logo is not working.

Now, we simply want a complete circular logo (with no slots) with creative ways to symbolize our business. The credit card and chip is a good way, of course it has to be within a circle.

We help businesses do transactions through credit and debit, we our open to creative ways to make it clear "what we do"

We also want a custom creative (not generic) font for "Aventurine" and "Solutions" with 2 faded lines on each side.

The colours in #203 are perfect.

Let's try to insert something like this within a circle:

(with no writing or logo's). There should only be silver chips and magnetic strips.
