I'd like to see design #7 with some adjustments to it if possible as follow. 1) Make the bubble a little smaller 2) Can you make the house look more 3D 3) Split the text color between the company name like some of the other examples 4)Make the change in colors on the name more visible. 5)Just capitalize the 1st letter of the name and use that funky v is see being used
1) Make the bubble bigger so the gap is half between the top of the house and the top of the bubble in #7 2) Change Realty to Green 3) Make the logo smaller..similar to #79
Hi Mr.Jmatich, I've submitted my entry just according to your requirements...
As entry #91 is an improved version of entry #69...Where I scaled the size of the house smaller so the bubble & it's glossy look seems so clear..I've changed the "Realty" color to green..I've balanced each & everything just like entry #7...Kindly let me know if you need further changes..
I suggest the following: 1. If there are no more changes to be made to the image, you just set the winner and complete the contest. 2. In accordance with LT procedures, I'll upload the EPS (scalable vector file) and the 1000x800px JPG (bitmap file) 3. You download and examine those files and if those are satisfactory you accept them. (Still here minor changes can be made before you accept and I can upload those changes) 4. When you accept the prize sum is transferred to me. 5. If you need additional images (JPG or PNG in different resolutions) or even some colour variation, I have no problem with arranging a download site for such extra images. (no cost of course!) (This could be tomorrow, next week or even year... ;-)
And don't worry, I won't go away. You can always reach me through:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good thing to know about files: EPS, Ai and other "vector" format files are always scalable - meaning they do not loose anything in resolution when enlarged or when you shrink them. But you need a vector application for that like Adobe Illustrator or InkScape (free application). In these applications you also see all the layers that makes the image - meaning you can edit/change text, shapes and colours. Opening this vector file in a "bitmap" program like Photoshop will just show you a flat bitmap file (pixels/dots) and no layers.
JPG, PNG files are always flat and are built by pixels/dots and will of course look grainy if enlarged. Usually you use the vector file to create JPG/PNG files with different resolutions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
