Hi, let me present my vision. AF initials stylized as a horse head, symbol of confidence, trust and power.

Not sure what to tell you. I'm left feeling confused by the design. Makes me feel like I'm looking at a profile. Like the incorporation of the black and gold, but have decided I'd like a standalone symbol with no background. Multiple colors in the symbol is ok.
