On-site property condition evalauation

We provide a report that contains

Rate the condition of the following items (a scale from 6 to 10 with 10 the best)

1. House
2. Lot Location
3. Street
4. Neighborhood

We walk the exterior of the property and note the condition of the following items:

1. Roof - weathered, new, need replacing
2. Paint - good, needs paint.
3. Fence - falling down, missing, stained
4. AC condenser unit - new, original, missing.
5. Windows - broken or cracked
6. Foundation (cracks/separation in brick)
7. Sidewalk
8. Garage - dented doors, boarded up
9. Lot conditions – backs to pond vs. power lines

Determine Occupancy status: Occupied or Vacant

Include 15-20 pictures of the property
