This is : pattern design formed from an abstract of a star shape, combined of hands pointed upwards and joined together to form the abstract star shape. Now as you can see, i've had a head only on that differentiated part of the logo, indicated in blue to show that they are all coming together as one and moving forward / excelling / advancing as he is facing towards the upper left direction as it appears.
Therefore, above fits in to describe best " adults ( all grey shoulders of star connecting ) who are hurting or in need and connect them with a mentor ( the one highlighted in blue ) who can build a relationship, help them overcome their life situation (financial, relational, emotional or spiritual) and find hope through faith centered accountability and practical application.
