I would prefer the BROOKHAVEN be the focus, and would like to see maybe a row of shops instead of a house. Maybe make it look like a town square....... more of a destination.

This shopping center that is being build will be the center of Brookhaven. Many of the residents that have looked at the enteries think that the logo should look a little more like this shopping center and there should be TREES- at least one. Here is one of the comments:
1) Green (as in trees) - Brookhaven is very green and always gives me the impression that I have left the city
2) Town square depiction - when Town Brookhaven eventually is open, it will be the centerpiece of Brookhaven.

I would like to see the work BROOKHAVEN be the center of the design and use the words to make houses. the design would be simpler and easier to reproduce. if the logo is in several diff color combos and it will still be easy to recognize and you will have more flexiblity on reproducing the logo on different things- product, website etc.
