Oh, I get it. I've made two variations on #490/#491 and #492/#493, both blue/orange and orange only versions. These deeper colors are different enough from Elmer's glue colors.
Can you do 2 smaller stars on each side?
Can we make the blue a little deeper and the Orange a little deeper also? We may have to go back to just doing orange and gray to stay away from the elmer's glue look
I've made modifications to soften a bit the overall look (more rounded edges), and removed the star, as a symbol of quality/warranty, in order to remove any connection to military. Check out entries #436/#437/#438 (monochrome orange), and #439/#440/#441 (orange/blue combo). Thnx
I was going for roofing, siding and gutters elements of your work, and gave the house subtle wings in the process. I understood you wanted strong and masculine vibe that grabs attention, so I used sharper edges and stronger lines,...star as a symbol of quality/warranty. Orange tone will not be mistaken for military
There is a way to soften the overall appearance and we can include bi-color design (orange/navy), as we did before. I'll test some options and upload when done.
I like the concept here, but There's still something missing from making this pop. It's almost too strong. I'm wanting it to feel warm and inviting which is why we are considering replacing the black in our print designs to navy blue. It draws the feminine side too. Is there a way to soften this? It's a lot of lines and looks cool like militaristic
...some additional modifications for more masculine and established look, and slight proportional tuneup. Shield sticker version on #327, wornout effect added on #328, and grayscale version on #329. Thnx
...and here's one fine tuned option, with unique ATD segment based partialy on your old visuals.
I've used up all 7 available upload slots at this point. From this point on, I'll technicaly be able to upload revisions only if one of my entries is ranked (anywhere,...just needs some number under it).
Let me know if I can be of further assistance. Thnx
...after turning back to it, double line on this entry kinda makes it look stronger, more established....it's more of a form/shape thing, rather then color option (this looks good with inverted colors as well). Hope this helps.
I might have potentialy strong solution for your new visuals.
Here is the basic logo, that has needed fexibility in practical use (detachable ATD logo icon, that can be used as recognizable stand-alone mark, and since you're not doing only roofing, that word can be replaced without changing the established ATD brand).
Connected to this logo is the Orange Shield Srandard/Warranty, on entry #116 - very simple, clean, contains all ATD brand elements.
Hope you'll like the idea. Let me know what you think. Thnx

It's all pretty simple/clean, strong, masculine, with trustworthy vibe...and there's that single star for certification and quality.
