Whether or not you like my design, may I suggest you change your tagline? When you say it out loud, it basically sounds like No IT Gets Done. People often don't see a tagline, it's something they tend to hear in ads, etc. Your competitors could have a field day mocking you by saying your tagline in a derogatory/funny way. Even just simplifying to to IT that gets done would be better or using your name--assuring ITs done right or something like that.
