I just uploaded the final files. Please check 7 years ago assignment commented on #104 Hi Menangan, we're picking your logo as the winner. Please send all copies.. The primary ones are 1 rank and those in the incoming logos column. Good job! Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #104 Hi Menangan, you're the best! Thank you so much for all you help and creative designing of our logo. Your prompt replies and patients is greatly appreciated. Thanks again so much for you help. I'll read up on what I need to do next to download the logos. Let me know if you know what I need to do next. It's after midnight here, so I'll finalize tomorrow. peace... Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #104 oh, and just the logo as above without the words/company name. Dave P.S. I think this is it. :) 7 years ago assignment commented on #104 Men... the last request to have 1) black and white with white background, 2) black and white with black background. You da man, menangan! Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #107 Withdrawn Men... can you take out the up and down line please. Only the blue circle and the more horizontal swoosh line. Thanks in advanced. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #108 Withdrawn Men... can you take out the up and down line please. Only the red circle and the more horizontal swoosh line. Thanks in advanced. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #105 Withdrawn Menangan, this is good, but can you use the same colors as the ranked 104 logo please? 7 years ago assignment commented on #104 Perfecto! 7 years ago assignment commented on #103 Withdrawn perfecto! 7 years ago assignment commented on #106 Withdrawn Perfect! 7 years ago menangan commented on #78 Withdrawn #103 and 104 using Calibri Bold #105 #106 #107 and #108 4 separate parts? 7 years ago assignment commented on #78 Withdrawn 5) continued. Basically, all you have to do is make separate logo by deleting all but one piece. Example: keep the blue circle and swoosh and delete the rest including name so you have a separate logo of just part of the logo. Men... we are in the home stretch, thanks again for your patients. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #78 Withdrawn 5) continued. Here's an example applied to a training manual by separating the parts of the logo. Page 1: Complete logo on top of page 1 (symbolizing the big picture). On page 1 describes the vision of the organization. Page 2: using only the globe on top of page 2 (as described in 5d. Discribe the need that we're meeting through our organization. Page 3: using the isolated blue image guy (blue circle and blue swoosh as in 5a) Address "who we are" Page 4: using the isolated red image guy (red circle and red swoosh as in 5b) Address "how we do it" Page 5: using the isolated green image guy (green circle and green swoosh as in 5c) Address "why we do it" 7 years ago assignment commented on #78 Withdrawn 5) continued: (correction 4 separate parts per above) I want to leverage your logo by showing 4 parts of the logo. 7 years ago assignment commented on #78 Withdrawn Hi Menangan. Thanks again as a follow up: 1) Please change the font from Nexa Bold to "Calibri Bold" on both the centered logo 72 and the logo on the left 102. 5) I'm looking for 3 separate logos. 5a) blue image guy, one swoosh with the blue circle, just like it is in the 78. 5b) red image guy, one swoosh with the red circle, just like it looks like in 78. 5c) green image guy, one swoosh with the green circle, just like it is in the 78. 5d) globe without the image guys. 4 parts that outline the globe in the same colors, just like it is in the 78 without the 3 circles and swooshes. 7 years ago assignment commented on #101 Withdrawn thanks for doing this, but it doesn't work. I was looking for metallic appearance like the link shared. Disregard this one. Dave 7 years ago menangan commented on #78 Withdrawn 1) The font name is Nexa Bold 2) #102 logo on the left 3) #101 Gold, Silver & Bronze color 4) I can provide black and white 5) Sorry i don't understand request number 5 7 years ago assignment commented on #78 Withdrawn Hi Menangan, after all your revision and working with us, this looks like just about to choose this one as the winner. If you could be patient with us for a little longer. 1) what font and size is the letters on this one? Calibri in bold? 2) request another one with the logo on the left and name on the right 3) I don't think this will work but would you mind showing us what the metalic colors of Gold, Silver & Bronze would look like instead of blue green and red? Here's a sample https://www.vectorjunky.com/vector/abstract-gold-silver-bronze-stars/ 4) once confirmed we're looking for a black and white too 5) individual pieces of the 3 guy images separately for our website, manuals etc. You're doing a great job for us Menangan, we surely appreciate it. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #87 Withdrawn Thanks Men... I'll get back to you. Dave 7 years ago menangan commented on #87 Withdrawn #100 update 7 years ago assignment commented on #87 Withdrawn Thanks men... let's stick with the colors in 97 or issue 2. Now back to issue 1 about the gradient to the upper right triangle. Thank you for 98 & 99 but... gradient or the change of colors from darker to lighter. I like the gradient of your 94 but it's too much yellow. Can you do something like 94 but just lessen the gradient affect? Thanks again, appreciate your attentiveness. Davee 7 years ago menangan commented on #87 Withdrawn issue 1 #98 and #99 issue 2 #97 7 years ago assignment commented on #87 Withdrawn Let's focus on those two issues first. Thanks again men... 7 years ago assignment commented on #87 Withdrawn Issue 2) Color of 3 guy images head or circle. Please see the link to see the blue green and red colors I'm wanting at https://www.pinterest.com/pin/89860955037772170 7 years ago assignment commented on #87 Withdrawn Issue 1) Colors to light in top right triangle: Gradient or moving from a darker color to light. But isolate the light or yellow color only to the top right triangle area. 7 years ago assignment commented on #87 Withdrawn Ok Men... I'm looking at keeping the communication or comments on this one for now so I can keep track. Let's try to get one or two thing solidified at a time. 7 years ago assignment commented on #94 Withdrawn looks good, too much yellow on top, isolate in top right triangle. 7 years ago assignment commented on #93 Withdrawn top right triangle yellow/gold only. 7 years ago assignment commented on #92 Withdrawn Looking for yellow on top right or top right triangle area only. 7 years ago assignment commented on #96 Withdrawn I'd like to keep the blue, red and green as the primary colors. I'll be looking for the best match to make minor adjustments. Thanks again Men... Dave 7 years ago menangan commented on #77 Withdrawn #94, #95 and #96 update 7 years ago menangan commented on #87 Withdrawn Please check #93 7 years ago menangan commented on #85 Withdrawn please check #92 7 years ago assignment commented on #87 Withdrawn Hi Men... this looks good too, it's close. See other comments. Here's a summary: Bottom left hint of black to tie in the color of the letters. Then dark green gradient to green/yellow o end swoosh with a hint of yellow/gold. General concept to move from "darkness to light" Light being gold/yellow at top right. This one looks really good, maybe a brighter shade of yellow/gold at top right. Also, could we see in a more metallic color scheme? This might give a more classy/royal feel to the logo. You da man! Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #83 Withdrawn looks good but like the others better. The colors look good but the movement of light on the top right looks better to me. Thanks Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #77 Withdrawn Again, I'm liking this one. Slight adjustments my be the ticket. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #85 Withdrawn Hi men... this has some good potential here. This helps tie in the black letters with the logo, good job. I like this one because it ties in the black letters. But... can you make the following changes: Overall, can you make the black less. Gradient from dark primary color towards light/yellow or gold. 1. Green guy image, looks good. Only lessen the dark/black to shorter dark green or starting hint of black to start gradient. 2. Red guy image. Start left side with dark red, lessen dark/black gradient to quicker to red... with a hint of yellow at upper right. 3. Blue guy image. Same gradient earlier with the blue. The circle blue is not the shade of blue I'm hoping for. Can you try a type of darker royal blue for the circle? Ending the swoosh with a hint of yellow/gold. 4. Right global edge. The top yellow/gold is good, then the red but change to bottom part to match the green/yellow shading. Adjust the other global (non-3 guy images) to reflect the gradient towards light. You're da man Men..., I'm liking this, thanks for working with us. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #86 Withdrawn Men... the yellow in the globe doesn't work for me, but now I know that's not what works for me. Thanks again. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #88 Withdrawn Hi men... the red letters don't get me. Let's stay with the black lettering for now. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #77 Withdrawn Men... the movement to light or "darkness to light" comes out on this one, I like it! 2 comments/requests: 1) change the shade of blue. Gradient from Dark Blue to Blue Green. 2) each piece colors from a. Dark Blue to Blue/Gold b. Dark Red to Red/Gold c. Dark Red to Red/Gold. Thanks again for your awesome attentiveness and patience. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #84 Withdrawn Men.. I was looking for the light being on the top right. The gradient affect looks good only in the green image at bottom. Don't care for the shade of the light blue. The gradient from a dark blue to a blue/green preferred. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #82 Withdrawn Thank men..., the black outline doesn't work for me. Although it brings the logo and words together. But this is so helpful to see what I don't like. Dave 7 years ago menangan commented on #79 Withdrawn Regarding font i like sans serif style #61 7 years ago menangan commented on #80 Withdrawn please check #81 and #87 7 years ago assignment commented on #78 Withdrawn Looks good men... I'd like for you to try a few more images. 1) less cartoon feel of the swooshes to a more refined, professional, metallic swooshes. 2) Use a backdrop of a globe, with smaller images of the 3 circles with their swooshes on the globe. 3) Convey the light, at the top right, by using a gradient of gold or yellow. Thanks again Men... Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #80 Withdrawn Looks good men..., Can you also try shading. The concept from "darkness to light" and "light of life." Darker shade at bottom left to lighter top right. Thanks in advanced. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #77 Withdrawn The gradient looks good. Can you try using the gradient with 3 colors i.e. blue, green and red? Another idea to connect the black letter with the logo: Can you try using the gradient from black to a brighter shade of blue? From black to a brighter shade of green? And from black to a brighter shade of red? I'm looking forward to seeing this variation. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #79 Withdrawn Hi men, the gradients look better but the center gradient should be moving lighter/yellow towards the upper right. I prefer the solid circles or the circles filled with the respective colors. Fonts: what font looks best to you? Is there a way to connect the colors of the logo to the letters of our organization? Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #61 Withdrawn I'm so grateful for your prompt replies. I'll take a closer look an comment on them. Can you try another shade of blue and red too please? Dave 7 years ago menangan commented on #61 Withdrawn i just uploaded variation of colors #77 and #78. try using different font, more classy #80 and #79 for other logo 7 years ago assignment commented on #24 Withdrawn thanks for looking into my 3 pieces, but it's not working for me anymore. At least this version of the people. But I'd like to see 3 showing empowering like in your last logo's. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #25 Withdrawn newer version with 3 is better. Thanks for adding the 3rd piece. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #67 Withdrawn not liking the circle and too much of the gold color. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #68 Withdrawn thanks menangan, but it's too busy or too much going on here. Keep simple, loose the arrows. I know I asked for it, so thanks but now that I see it, we can keep it simple. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #61 Withdrawn When you send out the various logo variations, we'll get back to you with likes and dislike as I think it would helpful. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #61 Withdrawn Additional thoughts: the font on the logo to flow (common or standard fonts) with our emails, letters, marketing materials etc. Another word, typical Microsoft font we can use on all our materials that would be the same font as on the logo. The font that looks good with the logo too of course. In general, I think it's in you to come up with the logo that we would really like and love. 7 years ago assignment commented on #61 Withdrawn Hi menangan, we are liking your logo! Two of us are deciding on this logo, Carolyn and I/Dave. Carolyn is really liking this logo. It's good to me/Dave too but I'm reaching for a little variation. It's difficult to articulate what I'm reaching for. Good things about this logo: 1) it communicates the core of what we're after i.e. 3 empowering people, global, movement (light and life). 2) it's simple 3) it's artistic 4) it's blue and green - our primary colors are blue green and red. Requested variations. 3) looking for a classy (royal) feel with your artistic look. 4) the primary colors I like are blue, green and red. A few things I'd like to see are gradients (increase in shade of color) with movement of darker (left bottom) to lighter (top right). The concept from "darkness to light" or "light of life." Also, can you try red (gold or yellow) instead of orange? The blue and green are ok wondering but with a different shade of blue and green. Maybe that would help with the classy feel I'm looking for. On a side note, I'm liking the 3 images with the circle being the head and the swoosh being the arms. I'd like to have those images separate to identify the 3 parts for the website and a training manual to identify the 3 different sections. You're doing great and we appreciate you working so diligently with us. It's important to us we love our logo. Dave 7 years ago assignment commented on #61 Withdrawn I'm trying to post comments to this post but I keep getting the above message. I get it, but I don't think I'm asking menangan to use another designer's ideas etc. I'll try posting in shorter section to see if it gets through. 7 years ago assignment commented on #61 Withdrawn Please do not ask menangan to use another designer's ideas, elements, or concepts. Thank you for understanding. 7 years ago menangan commented on #62 Withdrawn I just upload new logo with some variation of globe, arrow and 3 people with big arm. #69 i use globe from your logo 7 years ago assignment commented on #62 Withdrawn I'll be back checking in but I'll be back in about 5 hours 7:30pm PST to spend more concentrated time with you if you're available. 7 years ago assignment commented on #62 Withdrawn Hi menangan, this logo is growing on me. There's a simplicity about it, clearly conveys global and has my desired 3 in it. I'm looking for a little more professional appeal. The 3 circles are like 3 people with big arms which I like. Is there a variation to be more overt about it? Regarding the 3 lines around the globe, can you experiment with slight arrows to convey movement without loosing the global feel. I'm liking more simple , royal yet still convey non-profit to helping others. Colors: try using gold to highlight the 3 people in globe. Try variations with globe outline. Then match the lettering i.e. gold for Assignments, and whatever color that's consisent with the globe outline. Looking good menangas, I'll be more active going forward. Dave 7 years ago menangan commented on #29 Withdrawn #61 and #62 more formal 7 years ago assignment commented on #29 Withdrawn Thank you, love it. One of us is wondering if there is a way to make the whole thing look "formal." 7 years ago menangan commented on #29 Withdrawn I just uploaded black on white #31 and white on black #30 7 years ago assignment commented on #29 Withdrawn How does this convert to black and white? 7 years ago assignment commented on #29 Withdrawn It's good! 7 years ago menangan commented on #29 Withdrawn how about something like this? 7 years ago menangan commented on #25 Withdrawn Thanks for your feedback. I can improve it and i will upload soon 7 years ago assignment commented on #25 Withdrawn I love the movement and the simplicity. If only it could include a representation of a threesome. 7 years ago menangan commented on #25 Withdrawn the idea in this design is human and globe mix in abstract style logo 7 years ago
