Thanks denzu! But that's not the look that gets me. I'm hoping for some artistic flow that has 3 images that convey empowering in a backdrop of "light to life" "darkness to light" and global. If you could show me other creative designs out of your gifting. Sorry not much help articulating what I'm looking for. If you send different stuff, I can share what I like and don't like. Likes: simplicity, 3 images, 3 images that form an "A" shape, 3 images symbolic of arrows.
Requesting: variation of the 3 images (3 empowering symbols like people or images of people or symbol of movement). The arrangement of the 3 new images in form of "A" or incorporate globe or international.
Summary: General concept to be simple yet convey 3 empowering pieces in a global backdrop. I'm not sure what I'm exactly looking for but I'll recognize it when I see it. I think you might have it in you to draw it out. Dave

And can you describe a little bit more, what do you mean with this comment exactly? Not sure that I can understand as you wish. Do you mean letter A from ASSIGNMENTS should look like the standalone icon? Or do you prefer to see any other variants for icon, which have letter A shape overall?

As I'm looking at the various options, I've moved to liking the more simple logos. Could you make a variation that shows the letter "A" with the 3 parts conveying empowering? Dave

Looks professional, triangular shapes portray 3 in 1 which is good, but a bite too simple. The 3 being emphasized is good. Consider incorporating, global movement, enhance the 3 figure and enlarge image to lessen the words. Pretty good and thanks for submitting the first logo. Dave
